Leaders were given to the Church to teach, protect, and lead. It is not a calling to be taken lightly nor a position to be abused or misused. Our leaders have been chosen by our own body because of their proven character, devotion to the Word, and commitment to God’s people.

Pat Flores Jr., was born to Pat and Elizabeth Flores and was raised in Southern California. After finishing high school in 1994, Pat attended Maranatha Baptist University in Watertown, Wisconsin, from August 1995 to May 1999 where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in General Studies with concentrations in church music and computer science. While attending Maranatha, Pat met his wife, Candy. They were married in 2000.
In 2002, Pat became a member of the Farmington Police Department where he served the community for the next twenty years as a law enforcement officer. He retired from the FPD in 2022 as a sergeant.
Pat and Candy began attending Grace Baptist Church in Farmington in 2002 and were given the opportunity to serve in various ministries under the direction of Pastor Dan Mauldin. In July 2022, the members of Grace Baptist Church called Pat to be the lead pastor.
Pat and Candy have five children, Rikke, Victoria, Oscar, Lincoln, and Eve.
Dan Mauldin is currently the administrative pastor at Grace Baptist Church in Farmington, New Mexico. He was the senior pastor of Grace Baptist Church for 25 years and will complete his 49th year of ministry July 2023.
He worked with young people for twenty four years as a youth pastor, teacher, coach, choir director, and Christian school principal and has pastored in California, Colorado, and New Mexico.
He is a graduate of Bob Jones University and International Baptist College. He was given an honorary Doctor of Divinity degree from International Baptist College. He has been married to his wife Debbie for 50 years this July 2023. They have two grown children, Nate and Melissa.
